· Expedited Replacements on Non-PureLink Products – Even if you are having a problem with another manufacturer’s product, we will troubleshoot and help resolve the issue. If the issue can’t be resolved, we will send an expedited replacement PureLink™ product at a 10% discount, with specs as close as possible to the product you are having a problem with.
· Dedicated Consulting – Whether it is a new project or retrofitting an existing system, reach out to us and we would be happy to help design your system. Need drawings? We can help with that too.
· Enhanced Test Drive Program on All HDTools™ Products – Evaluate any of our HDTools™ products for an extended time frame of 60 days free of charge.
